General Overview

We offer three levels of Energetic Vinyasa Flow™ Yoga Teacher Training Certification:

1- Foundational 200 Hour Program of Energetic Vinyasa Flow™ Yoga including a solid introductory background.
2- Intermediate 300 Hour Program allowing students from other schools to complement their knowledge and teacher's studies.
3- In- Depth & Advanced 500 Hour Program 

Our Modules

A- Our 200 hour Teacher Training Modules will start in 2012 in Venice/ Santa Monica.
There are 3 modules of 1 week or 10 days in Venice/ Santa Monica + 1 Sacred Master Training in an exotic place in the world with certification: 

1-Foundational Modules: Earth & Water
- Anatomy, Physiology, Asanas Breakdown with Sanscrit Basics
- Principles of Energetic Vinyasa Flow™ Sequencing and Alignment,
- Intro to Vinyasa Flow Basics, Principles, Techniques and Effects,
- Intro to Tantra Yoga Basics, Principles, Techniques and Effects
- Intro to Pranayama basics, Principles, Techniques and Effects,
- Intro to Meditation basics, Principles, Techniques and Effects,
- Intro to Philosophy of Classical Yoga,
- Yoga Teaching basics and Practice,
- Studying of Patanjali Sutras
- History of Yoga and Main Yoga Paths and Traditions,
- Intro to Science of Yoga with Physiology and Wellness + Therapeutics Applications of Yoga

2- Intermediate Modules: Fire
- Tantra Yoga Philosophy, Energetics and Techniques,
- Subtle Anatomy Teachings with Chakras,  
- Deeper Tantra Yoga Meditation Principles, Techniques and Effects,
- Science  and applications of Mantras,
- Kriyas,
- Bandhas,
- Mudras,
- Tantra Scriptures study such as Hatha Yoga Pradipika, The Radiance Sutras,

3- Advanced Modules: Air & Space:
- Ayurveda Basics & Applications to Yoga,
- Hands on Adjustment,
- Yoga Teaching Practice,
- Deeper Energetic Vinyasa Flow TM Yoga Sequencing,
- Deeper Pranayama  Principles, Techniques and Effects,
- Deeper Meditation Principles, Techniques and Effects,
- Studying of Yogic Scriptures such as Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads,
- Yoga and the Mind (Raja yoga),
- Yoga Psychology Teachings,
- Devotional  Bhakti Yoga,
- Deeper Mantras Practices,
- Science of Yoga with Therapeutic Applications
- Business of Yoga,
- Ecology of Yoga

4- Sacred Master Training: for trainees having taught a minimum of 6 months after 3rd module
An amazing training in an exotic part of the world with more advanced techniques, initiation and certification and a lot of fun!
We will offer a mentorship program for each trainee to support you in your life, practice and teaching.
