Radiant Wellness is an innovative & a scientifically proven approach for health, wellness and wellbeing created and developed by Isabelle Du Soleil, acclaimed Certified Yoga Teacher & Wellness Expert based in Los Angeles with over 20 years of experience. She developed two Radiant Wellness™ programs for Stress Relief & Relaxation and Anti-Aging & Radiant Vitality, on the cutting edge of science and spirituality. She received the” UCLA most outstanding Yoga Teacher“ Award.

You will practice Slow Rejuvenative Movement Flow with deep guided Relaxation and Breathing.
Special Anti Stress & Relaxation sequences will be customized to your individual specific needs.

For the Anti-Aging & Radiant Vitality

You will practice Energetic Vinyasa Flow™ Yoga with deep guided Breathing & Relaxation, adapted to your individual level of health & fitness.

5- Where Can I Experience a Radiant Wellness Session?

During a One on One Private Consultations at your home or at a beautiful Spa or at Studio Du Soleil with Isabelle Du Soleil, Ph.D, ERYT500, a Recognized Yoga & Wellness Expert.

6- Who Offers Radiant Wellness Sessions?

Isabelle Du Soleil Ph.D., the creator of the Radiant Wellness programs offers sessions and 5-session series in Los Angeles. She is a recognized Certified Yoga & Wellness Expert who has been teaching for 20 years. Her background includes advanced Yoga & medical studies as well as dance, anatomy & physiology. She teaches privately to Los Angeles celebrities. She also travels & teaches internationally.

Isabelle is a warm, vibrant & knowledgeable teacher who is recognized for her extraordinary skills & her signature Radiant Wellness programs. Her ability to understand bodies’ imbalances is invaluable in customizing each session to her students’ specific needs.  She also offers “Yoga Massage”, a hand’s on modality integrating a restorative Yoga practice with Rolfing and Acupressure. She developed Stress Relief , Relaxation & Radiant Vitality programs at UCLA.

Isabelle was dubbed ” UCLA most outstanding Yoga Teacher “.

7- How Many Sessions Do you Recommend?

We recommend for you to first try the initial 1hr session. Then 5 more sessions will allow you to experience reap the anti stress, anti-aging and radiant vitality benefits of our programs. Once a week on going sessions are really advisable if you want to experience a deep sense of relaxation, centeredness, radiant beauty and vitality. You can start with one of the 2 programs and then switch to the other program.

8- If I have Never Done Yoga in My Life and/or If I Am Not in Shape, Can I participate in your Radiant Wellness Programs?

Yes definitively, our Radiant Wellness programs are open to everyone, easy and delightful. Special Stress Relief & Relaxation or Anti-Aging & Radiant Vitality Yoga sequences will be customized to your individual specific needs.
